Nestable: Web design & development

A modular home builder with three models. Each model has its own page and brochure, the build is shown as one timeline, and every page ends on the same step: book a visit.

The Nestable homepage, headed New Way of Building, over a photo of a timber cabin among trees.

What it solved

Nestable builds modular homes in a factory and delivers them to the owner’s land. It sells three models and a made-to-order option, to people who want a getaway home and to resort owners.

A home is a big purchase, and nobody buys one from a web page. So the site had one job: get a serious buyer to book a visit to the experience centre, already knowing which model they want to see.

What the site had to do:

  • Give each model its own page, with its size, its layout and a brochure.
  • Explain how a home goes from an order to a handover, and how long each step takes.
  • Make booking a visit the next step on every page.
  • Let Nestable’s team add models and blog posts on their own.

What we built

We designed the site and built it on WordPress. In a few pages a buyer can compare the models, read how the build works and book a visit.

  • The Ukiyo model page, with the name over a photo of the home lit from inside at dusk.

    A page for each model

Ukiyo, Elysian and Odyssey each have a page with photos, the floor area, what is inside and a brochure to download.

  • The home page slider showing the Ukiyo model, its floor area and two buttons, Download Brochure and Book a Visit.

    The models side by side

On the home page the three models sit in one slider. Each card ends on the same two buttons: download the brochure, or book a visit.

  • The How It Works page: a vertical timeline with the site visit step and a label reading 1 week later.

    The build as a timeline

One page follows a home from the first visit to the handover, with the time between each step. It answers the question buyers ask first: how long does it take?

  • The Book a Visit page, with a contact form on a dark panel beside the address and phone numbers.

    Booking a visit

A short form asks who is enquiring and when they would like to come. A map below it shows where the experience centre is.

Why WordPress

Nestable’s team adds new models, brochures and blog posts without a developer. WordPress gives them an editor most people already know, and a new model page starts as a copy of an existing one.
