White label web development for freelancers and small studios

Sell the bigger project. We build it behind you.

A design and development team behind your one- or two-person studio. You keep the client and the credit for the work. We build on WordPress, Shopify, Webflow or Next.js from email addresses on your domain, at a fixed price, with a delivery date in writing, and there’s no minimum order.

One person can only build so much.

You can sell more work than you can deliver. So the limit on your income is your own hours.

  • A good client asks for a project that is too big for one person, and you have to say no.
  • Two projects land in the same month, and one of them starts late.
  • The client wants Shopify, or Webflow, or a custom build, and it isn’t the platform you know.
  • You pass the build to another freelancer, then spend your evenings checking their work and chasing dates.
  • You take a week off, and everything stops.

When we outsourced builds at our old agency, we spent more time managing the partner than the project. So here it’s simple: you sell the project and run the client, and we design it, build it or both, at a price you know before you quote and on a date written into your order.

Five ways freelancers use us.

Send us one part of a project or all of it. You decide each time, and nothing commits you to the next one.

Every project has an assigned Project Manager, and the QA is done by someone other than the person who built it, before you see staging.

Your client only ever sees you.

You won the client, so the client stays yours. We work in the system you already have, so there’s nothing of ours for you to learn.

No email, domain, invoice, credit or file metadata of ours ever reaches your client.

Your email domain
One account per person on your project, which you create, like name@yourdomain.com. Their messages, files and commits all come from it.
Your tools
Your Slack or Teams, your project board, your Figma team and your Git organisation, with commits authored under your domain.
Your staging
Preview links sit on your subdomain, so they look like yours.
Your client
By default we don’t talk to them. If you want us on a call, we join as your team, from the address you set up, with you on the call.
Your hours
Your assigned Project Manager works your business day, aims to reply within 2 working hours during a project, and sends you a written update each week.
Your off switch
Suspend the accounts when the project’s done. The work is already in your systems, so nothing needs handing back.

Our team members use their real first names and describe themselves as part of your web team. If asked directly, they never claim to be your employees.

Know your cost before you quote your client.

It’s easy to price a project and only then find out what the build costs. With a public price list it works the other way round.

What you pay us is fixed in writing before any work starts. What your client pays you is yours to decide.

  1. Price the job from our list.

Every package, template and care plan has a published price and a timeline. You can do the sum before you reply to your client.

  2. Quote your client at your own price.

We never see your quote and your client never sees ours. What you charge, and your terms, are between you and them.

  3. We confirm it in writing.

After a call about the project, we send a written scope, a fixed price and the turnaround within 2 business days. Nothing is charged until you sign the order.

  4. We build to a date.

The delivery date goes in your signed order. If we’re late for a reason on our side, the full project fee comes back.

  5. You hand it over as yours.

A handover doc in your branding, and all rights pass to you once the order is paid, so you can pass them on to your client.

Your first project, without paying up front on trust.

Paying a new team in advance is a real risk when it’s your own money and your own client. So your first project is paid through escrow, and the money is only released as you approve the work.

After your first project, later projects are billed with a deposit and milestones, and care plans monthly in advance.

  1. You fund the project into escrow.

When you sign, Freelancer.com (an independent escrow provider) holds the full fee. We aren’t paid anything at this stage.

  2. We do the work.

You review it on a private staging link on your subdomain.

  3. You approve, and the money is released.

Milestone by milestone, as you approve. A milestone that gets no reply within 5 business days is released automatically.

  4. Late on our side? It comes back.

The escrow provider returns what it holds, and we repay any milestone already released.

Want to start smaller? Pick any one item as a pilot. If you’re not happy with it, we fix it within 5 business days, or you don’t pay.

What you need to work with us.

There’s no application form and no minimum order. You’re a Partner from your first project, on the same published prices and the same guarantees as an agency of fifty.

A few things do need to be in place before we start, and we’d rather you knew them now.

Before your first project starts

  • You sell web projects to your own clients. You don’t need a registered company: sole traders are welcome.
  • An email domain of your own, if you have one. You create an account for each person on your project, so every message carries your name. You own the accounts and pay for the seats.
  • A client contract that lets you use subcontractors. Check yours before you quote.
  • The brief, copy and assets ready, or your approved Figma file for a build. The delivery clock starts the business day after everything is in.
  • Your first project funded into escrow. The escrow provider runs its own identity checks on both of us.
  • A signed order under our Partner Agreement, which sets the scope, the price and the date.

What you get in writing.

Each promise in one line. The full terms, and the clause in the Partner Agreement, are a click away on our trust page.

Your first project in escrow.
Your first project is paid through escrow. The money moves to us one milestone at a time, as you approve each one.
On time, or a full refund.
Your signed order holds the delivery date for every fixed-price project. If we’re late for a reason on our side, the full fee comes back.
Never in front of your client.
Your client is yours. We never contact, pitch or work for them, and neither does any affiliated company or anyone on your project, with no end date. We only write from addresses on your domain, so there’s no name of ours to look up.
You own the work.
All rights pass to you when an order is paid, and you can pass them on to your client. The site and its files live in your or your client’s accounts from day one.
Built as designed, checked before you see it.
Every page is checked by someone who didn’t build it, at 6 screen sizes on real devices, before it reaches you.
Your work stays yours.
Your projects stay out of our portfolio unless you and your client both agree to it in writing.

Nestable

A modular home builder with three models. Each model has its own page and brochure, the build is shown as one timeline, and every page ends on the same step: book a visit.

Prices for freelancers: builds, whole sites and care plans.

You pay per project, with no minimum order, so a single landing page is as welcome as a twelve-page site. What you charge your client on top is up to you.

The price is fixed and agreed in writing before we start, and it only changes if the scope does (you approve that change first). Prices exclude VAT/GST; every inclusion is listed on the pricing page.

Try us on one small project first.

Pick any one item from our price list and treat it as a pilot, with no commitment beyond it.

  • Your first project is paid through escrow, and the money is released as you approve the work.
  • Not happy with it? We fix it within 5 business days. Still not happy? You don’t pay (once per agency).
  • Like every fixed-price project: on time, or a full refund.

What freelancers ask first.

Money, minimums, your domain, and what your client sees.

All questions

Both. We work with agencies, consultants and freelancers who resell web projects to their own clients, and you don’t need a registered company (sole traders are welcome). What we don’t do is take work directly from your clients.

No. Our Partner Agreement has no minimum order and no partner fee. You pay per project, or per site per month for care plans, which are billed monthly in advance and end with 30 days’ notice.

Yes, and it’s a sensible way to start. Anything on our list works as a trial; a single template from your Figma is a good one. It’s paid through escrow and released as you approve the work, and if you’re not happy with it, we fix it within 5 business days or you don’t pay.

Through escrow, for the first project. You fund the fee when you sign, and it’s released to us one milestone at a time as you approve (or automatically, if a milestone gets no reply within 5 business days). Later projects are billed with a deposit and milestones, and care plans monthly in advance.

Ideally, yes. We work from email accounts you create on your domain, one per person on your project (name@yourdomain.com). You own them, pay for the seats and can switch them off whenever you like, and it means anything your client sees carries your name. No domain yet? Tell us on the first call.

Not from us. Everything we send comes from your domain and in your branding, we never contact your client, and there’s no credit of ours in the code, the footer or the metadata. The people on your project go by their real first names and call themselves part of your web team; if your client asks them outright, they won’t claim to be your employees. Your client contract does need to allow subcontracting, and how you describe the arrangement is up to you.

That’s your call. Our price list is what you pay us; your client’s price and terms are between you and them. The reseller program page works through the maths at a few example multiples. We don’t publish an average margin, because it depends on your market and how much of the account you run.

Yes. Building from your Figma starts at $250 per template on WordPress, Webflow or Shopify, with set-up and launch at $250 once per project. And if you’d rather not design it yourself, we can, at $200 per template.

Bricks Builder, or a custom theme when a site needs more structure than Bricks gives it; we choose per project. Bricks output is fast and clean, and your client gets components they can edit safely. When Elementor is a hard requirement (your client’s existing site is in it, for example), we build in Elementor. We don’t use Divi or heavy multipurpose themes.

Then we price it template by template from the same public list, and the total is still a fixed price, confirmed in writing. A web app is different: it starts with a paid Scoping Sprint that ends in a fixed quote, and the sprint fee is credited against the build if you go ahead within the window in your order.

A Landing Page takes 5 business days, a Starter Site 15 business days and a Business Site 25 business days, counted from the business day after the brief, copy and assets are ready. The exact date goes in your signed order.

Your assigned Project Manager. They work your business day, aim to reply within 2 working hours during a project and send a written update every week. If your Project Manager is away for more than 2 business days, a named backup takes over with the full history.

You do, once the order is paid in full. That’s when all rights pass to you, and you’re free to pass them on to your client. Because the work is built in your or your client’s accounts from day one, there’s nothing to hand back. Third-party tools stay under their own licences.

Yes. You’re a Partner from your first project, on the same published prices, the same Partner Agreement and the same guarantees. Volume discounts depend on the value of your work with us over 12 months, and the thresholds are on our pricing page.

Tell us about the project you’d like to say yes to. If it’s not for us, we’ll say so on the call.

Next, you send a short brief and we reply with a fixed price and a delivery date in writing. You pay nothing until you sign the order.
