White label graphic design for agencies

Graphic design your client thinks you made, from $500 a month.

White label graphic design for agencies whose clients keep asking for social graphics, ad creatives, decks and print files. Our designers do the work in your Figma, from an email address on your domain, and you deliver it as your own. Two monthly plans, capped at 15 and 30 design hours. We don’t call it unlimited, because it isn’t.

  • Delivered under your agency’s name
  • Hours and requests published
  • Month to month, 30 days’ notice
  • We never contact your client

What a finished request returns

  • The design, in your Figma or the file format you asked for
  • Exports sized for where they’ll be used
  • Print work as a print-ready PDF
  • No StudioPartner name in the file or its details
  • The hours it took, logged against your plan

Rights pass to you once it’s paid for.

What is white label graphic design?

White label graphic design is design work your agency sells under its own name and a partner produces behind the scenes. Your client briefs you. We design the social graphics, ads, decks or print files, and you deliver them as your own. Nothing in the files names us.

  • You sell it

Your client asks you for the work, as they do now. You set the price to your client and you keep the relationship.

  • We design it

Our designers work in your Figma, from an email address on your domain, through your board or Slack.

  • Your client sees you

The files carry your agency’s name. We never contact, pitch or quote your client.

It suits an agency that wants to outsource graphic design in small, regular amounts: a few social sets, an ad refresh, a deck. Too little work for a full-time designer, too much to keep turning down.

What do our white label graphic design services cover?

Our white label graphic design services cover seven kinds of everyday design work: social graphics, ad creatives, brochures and one-pagers, pitch decks, email graphics, simple illustrations and icons, and print-ready files. Any of them can be a request on either plan. Logos and brand identities work differently; they’re fixed-price packages.

  • Social graphics

Post, story and carousel graphics in your client’s brand, sized for each network you name.

    • Single posts, carousels and story formats
    • Cover and profile images
    • Templates your team can reuse and edit
  • Ad creatives

Static ads for paid social and display campaigns, in the sizes your media plan needs.

    • One concept resized across placements
    • Variations for testing: headline, image or colour
    • We design the ads; you run the campaigns
  • Brochures and one-pagers

Sales sheets, flyers, brochures and one-pagers, for screen or for print.

    • Laid out from the copy you supply
    • A screen PDF, a print-ready PDF, or both
    • Charts and tables redrawn to match the brand
  • Pitch decks

Presentation and pitch deck design, from your client’s outline or an old deck.

    • A master layout, and the slides built on it
    • Charts, diagrams and icons redrawn
    • Tell us the format your client presents in
  • Email graphics

Headers, banners and images for newsletters and campaigns.

    • Sized for the email tool your client uses
    • Exported small enough to load quickly
    • Images only. Building and sending the emails is yours
  • Simple illustrations and icons

Icon sets, spot illustrations and simple diagrams in one consistent style.

    • Vector files
    • Drawn to match the brand’s colours and line weight
    • Detailed or character work? Ask first, and we’ll say if we can take it
  • Print-ready files

Artwork prepared for a printer: the right size, bleed and colour mode for the job.

    • A print-ready PDF
    • Set up to the printer’s spec sheet, which you send us
    • Printing and the printer are yours to handle
  • An assigned Project Manager, inside your agency

One person who takes each request, working your business day from an address on your domain.

    • Requests through your board, Slack or email
    • Files created in your Figma
    • We never contact your client

How does a design request run?

You send a request through your own tools, and before any work starts we reply with the hours it should take and the date you’ll see it. We design in your Figma, you send feedback as one list, and the final files land in your accounts. Then the next request in your queue starts.

How we work inside your agency

  1. You send the request

In your board, Slack or email: what it is, where it’ll be used, the sizes, the copy, and your client’s brand files. Queue up as many requests as you like, in whatever order you want them done.

    Any business dayA logged request
  2. We confirm hours and a date

Your assigned Project Manager replies with an estimate in hours and the date you’ll see a first version. A simple request can be back in 24 hours; a larger one gets its own date. Nothing starts on a guess.

  3. We design it

In your agency’s Figma, from an account on your domain. If you asked for another file format, we work in the one we agreed.

By the agreed dateA first version
  4. You send one list of changes

Collect your client’s comments and send them with yours. Revisions use plan hours, so one clear list costs less than five short ones.

  5. You deliver it

The final files are already in your accounts, with your agency’s name on them. You send them to your client, and we start on the next request.

How are the design hours counted?

Hours are the time our designers spend on your requests. Every request gets an estimate in hours before it starts, and the time used is logged against it. The plans cover up to 15 or up to 30 design hours a month.

See the plan prices
What uses hours
Designing, the revisions you ask for, and preparing the final files.
The estimate
You see the hours for a request before we start it. If it needs more than the month has left, we tell you first and you choose: make it smaller, move it to next month, or add hours.
Requests in progress
One at a time on the 15-hour plan, and two at a time on the 30-hour plan. The rest wait in your queue, in the order you set.
When the hours run out
We stop and tell you. Extra time is billed at the ad hoc hourly rate, in 30-minute blocks, and it’s always quoted before we start.
Turnaround
From 24 hours for a simple request. That’s the quickest case, so don’t count on it for every request. A larger one, such as a 30-slide deck, gets its date before we start.
Unused hours
They don’t roll over to the next month. Each month starts again with up to 15 or up to 30 design hours.
Billing and notice
Billed monthly in advance, with no set-up fee and no escrow. Month to month: either side ends a plan on 30 days’ written notice.
Price changes
A plan’s price changes only on 30 days’ written notice, and you can end the plan before it does.

Is this unlimited graphic design?

No. Both plans are capped twice: by design hours in the month, and by how many requests are in progress at once. We publish both numbers, so you can price your own retainer and tell your client what to expect.

An unlimited graphic design plan is unlimited in one way: how many requests you can send. The work is still done by designers with a set number of hours in a day. So on any plan, the limit you’ll feel day to day is how many requests are worked on at once, and how long the next one waits.

We don’t think that’s a reason to avoid one. It’s a reason to ask every plan the same questions, ours included.

What we commit to, in writing, on a design plan.

Design plans are monthly, so “on time, or a full refund” doesn’t apply to them; that guarantee is for fixed-price projects, like a logo package. These four do apply.

  • Inside your agency

We work from an email address on your domain, in your Slack or Teams, your project board and your Figma. Files are created in your accounts from day one.

    How it works
  • Never in front of your client

We never contact, pitch or quote your client, while the plan runs or after it ends. If they get in touch with us, we decline and tell you within 1 business day.

    Read the zero-poach terms
  • Yours once it’s paid

All rights in the finished designs pass to you once they’re paid for, and you can pass them on to your client. Fonts and stock images stay under their own licences.

    Read the Partner Agreement
  • On your hours

Your assigned Project Manager works during your business day, within the working hours written in your order.

What isn’t part of a design plan?

A design plan covers static graphic design. These seven things sit outside it. Some we sell another way, and some we don’t do at all.

White label content writing
Video and motion
Not part of a design plan. The plans are for static design.
Photography
Not offered. We work with the photos you or your client supply, or with stock images licensed in your client’s name.
Copywriting
Not part of a design plan. The words come from you or your client; we lay them out and tell you when something’s too long for the space. If you’d like us to write them, we can, for an extra fee quoted before we start. Blog posts are a separate service.
Printing
We prepare the print-ready file. Your client’s printer prints it, and you or your client deal with the printer.
Logos and brand identity
Fixed-price packages with their own scope and timeline, on our branding page.
Website and landing page design
Priced per unique template in Figma; hours don’t come into it.
Running the campaigns
We design ad creatives and social graphics. Managing ad accounts, scheduling posts and sending emails stay with you.

Try one design job first.

Pick any one item from our price list and treat it as a pilot, with no commitment beyond it.

  • Your first project is paid through escrow, and the money is released as you approve the work.
  • Not happy with it? We fix it within 5 business days. Still not happy? You don’t pay (once per agency).
  • Like every fixed-price project: on time, or a full refund.

Graphic design questions.

What agencies ask before they outsource graphic design under their own name.

All questions

It’s graphic design your agency sells under its own name while our designers make it. Your client deals only with you. We work from an email address on your domain and in your Figma, we never contact your client, and nothing in the files names us.

The 15-hour plan is $500 a month: one request at a time, up to 15 design hours. The 30-hour plan is $900 a month: two requests at a time, up to 30 design hours. These are the prices you pay us, before VAT or GST. Your price to your client is yours to set.

No. Both plans are capped by hours and by requests in progress: 15 hours and one request, or 30 hours and two. You can queue as many requests as you like, and we work through them in your order. When a month’s hours are used, we stop and tell you, and extra hours are quoted before we start them.

From 24 hours for a simple request, which is the fastest we turn anything round. A larger request, such as a full pitch deck, gets its date before we start, along with an estimate in hours. Your assigned Project Manager works during your business day.

No. Unused hours don’t roll over to the next month. Each month starts again with up to 15 or up to 30 design hours, depending on your plan.

As the time our designers spend on your requests: designing, the revisions you ask for, and preparing the final files. Each request is estimated before it starts and logged when it’s done. If a month needs more, extra time is $40 an hour in 30-minute blocks, quoted before we start.

We design in your Figma, in files created in your own team from the first frame. If your client needs the work in another format (a Canva, PowerPoint or Adobe file, say), name the format in the request and we’ll confirm it before we start. Print work comes as a print-ready PDF.

Not from us. We work from an email address on your domain, the files sit in your accounts, and nothing in them credits StudioPartner. We never contact your client, and the work never goes in our portfolio unless you and your client both agree in writing.

You do, once they’re paid for, and you can pass the rights on to your client. Fonts, stock images and other third-party materials stay under their own licences, bought in your client’s name where possible.

Yes to both. The plans are month to month, so you can take one month and stop with 30 days’ notice. If you’d rather start with a single fixed-price project, a logo on its own is $300, and any one item can be your pilot, paid through escrow with Freelancer.com.

You sign our Partner Agreement once, and an order for the plan. There is no minimum term. Billed monthly in advance, with no set-up fee and no escrow. Month to month: either side ends a plan on 30 days’ written notice.

Yes, as fixed-price packages. A logo on its own is $300, delivered in 5 business days. A logo and mini brand guide is $600, delivered in 8 business days. A full identity is $1,500, delivered in 15 business days. The details are on our white label branding page.

We’re a white label web studio, and designers are part of the team. They design websites in Figma at $200 per unique template, logos and brand identities at fixed prices, and everyday graphic design on the two monthly plans. All of it goes out under your agency’s name.

No. That guarantee covers fixed-price projects, which have one delivery date written into the order, and a design plan is ongoing. A simple request can be back in 24 hours, and a larger one gets its own date before we start. A logo package is a fixed-price project, so it does come with “on time, or a full refund”.

We don’t use AI-generated imagery unless you approve it. Across our work, AI is used for routine tasks only, a senior team member reviews anything it touches, and your client’s confidential data never goes into AI tools that train on inputs. If you want no AI on your requests at all, say so in the brief; it costs nothing extra.

Stop turning design work away. We’ll do it under your agency’s name.

Next, you send a short brief and we reply with a fixed price and a delivery date in writing. You pay nothing until you sign the order.
