White label content writing for agencies

Blog posts your client reads under your name, $100 per post.

White label content writing for agencies whose clients need a blog kept going. You send the brief; we send an outline for you to approve, then a post of up to 1,000 words, in a document in your own drive. Order one post at a time, or 4 or 8 a month. This page is about blog posts. Website copy, product descriptions, ad copy and emails are quoted on request, and we don’t write social captions.

  • Delivered under your agency’s name
  • Outline approved before we write
  • One post, or a monthly plan
  • We never contact your client

What comes back for each post

  • An outline to approve before any writing starts
  • A post of up to 1,000 words, with a title and headings
  • One round of revisions from your list of changes
  • The final post as a document in your own drive
  • No StudioPartner name in the file or its author details

Rights pass to you once it’s paid for.

What is white label content writing?

White label content writing is content your agency sells under its own name and a partner writes for it. Your client asks you for blog posts; we write them from your brief, and you hand them over as your agency’s work. Our name isn’t on the document, and we never contact your client.

  • You sell it

Your client buys the blog from you. You choose the topics, set the price and keep the relationship.

  • We write it

From your brief and an outline you’ve approved, in a document in your drive, sent from an address on your domain.

  • Your client sees you

The post goes out under your agency’s name or your client’s. Nothing in the file names us.

It suits an agency that has sold a client a blog, or an SEO retainer that needs articles, and has nobody free to write them every month.

The same posts and prices are open to freelancers who resell.

What’s included in a white label blog post?

Each post is up to 1,000 words, written from a brief and an outline you approve. The price covers the outline, the draft, one round of revisions and delivery as a document in your drive. Topics, keyword research, images and publishing aren’t in it (more on those further down).

  • A brief you fill in

A short form for each post: the topic, the reader, the search term if there is one, the points to cover and anything to avoid.

    • One brief per post, or one list for the month
    • Links to sources your client trusts
    • Questions come to you, never to your client
  • An outline you approve

The headings and the main point under each, sent before any writing starts.

    • The easy moment to change the angle or order
    • Nothing is written until you say yes
  • The draft

Up to 1,000 words, with a title, an introduction, headings and a conclusion.

    • Written to the approved outline
    • For the reader and in the tone named in the brief
    • Length agreed in the brief
  • One round of revisions

Send your comments and your client’s as one list, and we revise the draft once.

    • One consolidated round per post
    • Further rounds are quoted before we start them
  • Delivery in your drive

The final post arrives as a document in your Google Drive or Notion, or as a plain file in your drive.

    • Sent from an address on your domain
    • No StudioPartner name in the file or its author details
  • Your client’s voice

Send a style guide, or a few posts your client likes, and we’ll match the voice.

    • Brand terms and words to avoid, from the brief
    • Spelling for your client’s market
  • Yours once it’s paid

All rights in the post pass to you once it’s paid for, and you can pass them on to your client.

    • Publish it under any name you choose
    • Never shown in our portfolio unless you and your client agree in writing
  • An assigned Project Manager

One person who takes the briefs and sends the outlines and drafts, working your business day.

    • Briefs through your board, Slack or email
    • We never contact your client

Every post is written and edited by people on our team; none of it is written by AI.

How does white label blog writing work?

White label blog writing runs in five steps. You send a brief, we send an outline, you approve it, we write the draft, and you send back one list of changes. Then the final post is in your drive, ready to publish under your agency’s name or your client’s.

How we work inside your agency

  1. You send the brief

The topic, the reader, the search term if you have one, and any sources. On a monthly plan, send the month’s topics together or one at a time.

Any business dayA brief on file
  2. We send an outline

The headings and the main point under each. Change what you like, or approve it as it is.

  3. We write the draft

Up to 1,000 words, to the approved outline, in a document in your agency’s drive.

By the agreed dateA full draft
  4. You send one list of changes

Put your client’s comments and yours in one list, and we revise the draft once.

  5. You publish it

The final post is yours to publish. On the SEO Growth and SEO Authority plans, we publish it in your client’s CMS for you.

How do the monthly content plans run?

A content plan is 4 or 8 posts a month, each up to 1,000 words, for one monthly price. You pick the topics, we agree the month’s delivery dates with you, and the plan runs month to month.

See the plan prices
Posts a month
4 or 8, each up to 1,000 words.
Topics
You choose them. Send the month’s list in one go, or brief each post as it comes up.
Dates
We agree the delivery dates for the month with you when the briefs arrive.
Longer pieces
A post is up to 1,000 words. Need something longer? Tell us the length and we’ll quote it before we start.
Billing and notice
Billed monthly in advance, with no set-up fee and no escrow. Month to month: either side ends a plan on 30 days’ written notice.
Price changes
A plan’s price changes only on 30 days’ written notice, and you can end the plan before it does.

Is this white label copywriting or content marketing?

It’s one part of each. We write blog posts and articles, at a published price. Copywriting also takes in website pages, product descriptions, ads and emails; none of those has a price here, but we can write them for an extra fee, quoted before we start. Content marketing also takes in strategy, distribution and reporting, and those parts we don’t sell. We’d rather you read that here than hear it on a call.

If you came looking for white label copywriting services because you need sales pages or ad copy, tell us what the job is and we’ll quote it before we start; that work has no published price. If you need white label blog content written every month, you’re in the right place.

Written into every content order, plan or post.

A single post is a fixed-price order: it’s delivered in 5 business days, and the exact date goes into your order. The monthly content plans are plans, so “on time, or a full refund” doesn’t cover them.

  • Inside your agency

We work from an email address on your domain, in your Slack or Teams and your project board. Drafts are created in your Google Drive or Notion.

    How it works
  • Never in front of your client

We never contact, pitch or quote your client, during the work or after it. If they reach out to us, we decline and tell you within 1 business day.

    Read the zero-poach terms
  • Yours once it’s paid

All rights in each post pass to you once it’s paid for. We check the document and its author details for our name before you see it.

What isn’t included in white label content writing?

A post’s price covers the writing. These eight things aren’t part of it: some we sell as their own service, some we quote on request, and some stay with you.

White label SEO for agencies
Content strategy
Which topics to cover, in what order, and why. That’s your call (or your client’s); we write the posts you brief.
Keyword research
Not in a post’s price, so put the search term in the brief if you have one. Keyword research comes with SEO optimisation and the monthly SEO plans.
Images
A post comes as text. Graphics for it can be a request on a graphic design plan.
Publishing
We deliver a document. Formatting and publishing a post in your client’s CMS is part of the SEO Growth and SEO Authority plans.
Interviews and original research
We write from the brief and the sources you send. We don’t interview your client’s staff or customers, because we never contact your client.
Checking the facts about the business
Your client knows their own prices, products and claims. Have them check those before a post goes out (we write from the brief, and a brief can be out of date).
Other kinds of copy
Website and landing page copy, product descriptions, ad copy and email copy aren’t in a post’s price or a build’s. We can write them for an extra fee, quoted before we start. Social captions we don’t sell at all.
Rankings and traffic
No single post can promise a ranking, traffic or leads. What you can hold us to is the work in your order.

Content writing questions.

What agencies ask before they resell blog writing under their own name.

All questions

It’s blog writing that we do and your agency sells under its own name. Your client deals only with you. We work from an email address on your domain, the document sits in your drive, we never contact your client, and nothing in the file names us.

A single blog post of up to 1,000 words is $100. A plan of 4 posts a month is $400, and a plan of 8 posts a month is $750. These are the prices you pay us, before VAT or GST. You set your own price to your client.

The outline for you to approve, a draft of up to 1,000 words with a title and headings, one round of revisions from your consolidated feedback, and delivery as a document in your Google Drive or Notion. Keyword research, images and publishing aren’t in the price.

It’s blog writing, which is one part of each. Website copy, product descriptions, ad copy and email copy aren’t in any price, but we can write them for an extra fee, quoted before we start. We don’t write social captions, and we don’t plan or run content marketing campaigns; the strategy and the topics stay with your agency.

People on our team. A person writes every post, and a person edits it before it reaches you. Your assigned Project Manager takes the brief and sends you the outline and then the draft.

No. People on our team write and edit every post, and AI doesn’t write any part of it.

Not from us. We work from an email address on your domain, the document is created in your drive, and we check the file and its author details for our name before you see it. We never contact your client, and we never show the work in our portfolio unless you and your client both agree in writing.

Yes. A single post is $100, with no minimum and no plan needed. Any one item can be your pilot with us, and your first fixed-price project is paid through escrow with Freelancer.com.

You sign our Partner Agreement once, and an order for the post or the plan. There is no minimum term on a content plan. Billed monthly in advance, with no set-up fee and no escrow. Month to month: either side ends a plan on 30 days’ written notice.

A single post takes 5 business days. We send the outline for you to approve first, then the draft. The days are counted from the business day after your Ready-to-Start checklist is complete, and the clock pauses only while we’re waiting on you or your client. The exact date is written into your order. On a monthly plan, we agree the dates for the month with you when the briefs arrive.

One consolidated round per post. Gather your client’s comments, send them with yours as one list, and we revise the draft once. You approve the outline before we write, and that’s where the angle and structure get settled. Further rounds are quoted before we start them.

It arrives as a document in your Google Drive or Notion, or as a plain file in your drive, sent from an address on your domain. Publishing isn’t part of a post’s price. On the SEO Growth and SEO Authority plans, we format and publish supplied articles in your client’s CMS.

You do, once it’s paid for, and you can pass the rights on to your client. Publish it under your agency’s name, your client’s, or one of their staff’s.

Not as part of a post. You send the topic and, if you have one, the search term. Keyword research is part of our SEO optimisation and our monthly SEO plans, for the pages in that work. Content strategy and the editorial calendar stay with you.

No. A post is delivered as text. If your client needs a header image or graphics for it, that can be a request on a graphic design plan, from $500 a month.

No. Nobody controls a search engine, so we don’t promise rankings, traffic, leads or a place in AI answers. Your order commits us to the work itself: the outline, the post and the revision round.

Keep your client’s blog going. We’ll write it under your agency’s name.

Next, you send a short brief and we reply with a fixed price and a delivery date in writing. You pay nothing until you sign the order.
